1. How long does it take to deliver my parcel?

After our back-end system gets your order, we will arrange shipping immediately at our working hours. If after work, you order will be handled next day.

Your item will be delivered from our forwarder normally after two or three days. Normally you will get your tracking number (if any) two or three days after you place order.

2. How long is my parcel on the way?

Handle Time: Usually 1-3 days.

Shipping Time: Normally

Standard Shipping will cost 8-18 working days;

Expedited Shipping will cost 3-7 working days.

The delivery duration time required will vary depending on the destination of the order.

3. How much do I pay for the shipping fee?

As Basstrike is committed to 100% customer satisfaction and make your fishing happy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. To receive a full refund on the cost of the returned product, the item must be returned in its original condition, no used and no immerse in the water. We’re sorry that we are unable to cover the return shipping costs.

We don't accept return for non-quality issues, used items or damaged by incorrect use.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or mis-shipped items, please reach out to our Customer Service team directly for assistance with processing your order. You can ask us to resend the items or get a full refund.
